Q: Which payment methods do you take?

A: All online bookings must be paid for with a debit or credit card. On-site, we accept cash (except £50 notes), card and cheque (where authorised by the management).

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

A: We always advise booking in advance and completing your disclaimer online to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. We do accept walk-in bookings subject to availability.

Q: Do I have to wear grip socks?

A: Yes, grip socks are compulsory in our park. Grip socks can be purchased from reception for just £2.00 a pair and can be worn again every time you visit!

Q: Do I need to complete a disclaimer?

A: All participants must complete a disclaimer prior to joining a session. Participants aged 15 and under must have a disclaimer completed by an adult aged 18+. Minors may be added to an adult’s disclaimer. Jumpers aged 16+ must complete their own individual disclaimer.

Q: Is there a age/height/weight restriction?

A: In the interest of safety, we only allow participants aged 2 year olds and above on Open Jump Sessions. Mini Bouncers sessions are hosted for the little ones aged 1 to 5 daily between 10-11AM plus additional sessions held ad-hoc subject to capacity.

  • Children aged under 6 must be supervised by an adult aged over 18 (exceptions will be made for parents aged under 18). Children aged under 6 require 1-1 adult supervision during Open Jump sessions and the Mini Bouncer session allows 2 children per 1 adult.

We do not operate a height restriction policy. However based on the trampoline manufacturer’s guidelines, we do have a weight limit of 16 stone/101 kilograms.

Q: What are your Peak & Off-Peak times?

A: Our off-peak period runs all day Monday to Thursday and Fridays until 1PM during school term time only.

Our peak period runs from 1PM Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday all year round. It also runs during Bank Holidays and throughout all school holiday periods including half terms, Christmas/New Year, Easter and Summer.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the event of cancellations. If you are unable to attend the session you booked or made a mistake whilst booking, please give us a call on 01463214068 and we will do our best to amend your booking to a time and date suitable for you!

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?

A: We do sell gift vouchers! Please ask at the front desk when you visit or give us a call, pay by card and we’ll post them out to your address. Alternatively you can purchase digital vouchers on our website.
